Break Area
The one design element that the design team was really proud of was the L23 light fixture integrated with the Turf Baffles.
There were multiple iterations of shop drawings and on site coordination in order to achieve the design intent.
This area received the most punch comments, and fine tuning.
One thing that 3398 did for the project was act as the "test" floor for the rest of the campus. Millwork, baffles, ceiling height, fixture heights, and more were all sorted out at 3398 L2 to be implemented in the other permit packages.
