One of the more extensive implementations at the Reserve Campus were the freight elevators added to each building. At 3390 a new storefront entry was also built out for access to the new freight elevator.
OTIS had a couple procurement delays, but once on site they knocked things out quickly.
SIDE NOTE: C2 received an A- from OTIS for the build out of the shafts (Highest grade ever given out)
Torrey Partners, the existing tenant at 3390, ultimately lost their patience with the amount of noise taking place within the building.
Our team needed to start off-hour work (demo, and other loud activities). This worked out for the rough side of things for about 2 weeks, but when came to starting interior activities, it was determined that the noise intrusion was too much.
LF team worked tirelessly to come to an agreement with the tenant to let us resume loud activity within the space, and gave us the runway to completion.
