The biggest hurdle in the 3390 Landlord package was, AGAIN, dealing with the existing tenant. The lobby build out was fractioned out to ensure that entry into the existing suite was always maintained, clean and safe for access.
All common area work around the existing elevator, existing stair, and corridors was performed first. It wasn't until the final couple of Saturday's that all of the teams could get into the main entry to complete the upgrades.
All of the trades (including C2 Self-Perform) really came through to bring this portion of the job to completion. Teams showed up on early, off-hours, Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays to ensure the project completed on time, and with high standard of detail.
