Baux Acoustical Panels
BAUX Acoustic Wood Wool Tiles is an environmentally friendly, recyclable material made from wood wool, cement and water. Available in 9 shapes; Rectangle, Square, Circle, Hexagon, Parallelogram, Triangle, Quarter Circle, Natural Plank and 3D Pixel 25, 50 and 70 mm.
The panels are fabricated overseas, and take 12-14 weeks from approved shops to arrive on site.
Quality did a great job of following the design intent with the installation.
Unprecedented drain clog
The 1st floor of 3398 flooded overnight, for what seemed to be no reason at all. It took over 10 hours to locate, diagnose, and clear out blockage in the sanitary sewer drain running out of the building.
The culprit, a 6" piece of uni-strut "strategically" placed at a Y connection.
