Boiler Room Debacle
Due to the existing tenant on the 1st floor, a shaft shown for future use as well as existing ductwork had to be redesigned to accommodate the users below. Multiple iterations of layout (Mechanical/Plumbing/Architectural) were pursued to fit all of the equipment.
RFI 067 really showcased the "butterfly effect" of how adjusting one minor item in one area could have a dramatic affect to another trade down the line.
Largest footprint package on campus
The Lab square footage is just over 7,500 sq/ft, with 14 lab benches.
The Office is another 8,500 sq/ft with picturesque views of Torrey Pines (well backside of Torrey Pines anyway), and overlooks the brand new site amenity.
